This notice covers this website. It's short because we collect very little here.
What we collect
If you send an application or email us, we get what you send: your name, work email, company, company size, where you are with Hyperagent, the job you want agents to do, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers.
How we use it
- To review your application and reply to you.
- To prepare for a call with you, if we arrange one.
- To keep a record of our conversations if you become a client.
We don't sell your information, rent it or add you to anyone's mailing list. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who else sees it
Applications are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles server logs. Both process data on our behalf and only to provide their service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your application within 12 months of our last contact. Client records follow the terms of your contract.
Client data
This notice doesn't cover the data inside a client's Hyperagent workspace. That data lives in systems the client owns and is governed by the client's contract with us and the client's own agreement with Hyperagent.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.
